The introvert army

Roma’s Hope Shop is more of an extension of support to myself while creating to spread hope, smiles and joy. Hello. I am Roma, the founder and creative head of Roma’s Hope Shop. This is a small hobby shop/small business with intuitive creative process.

I am a Biotechnologist by education, a teacher for a short while and a Hindustani Vocal & Sitar student. Macrame came to me while browsing the yarn shops online for my crochet lover mother-in-law. I love to create. It gives a selfish pleasure and satisfaction (even you can’t deny) when you are in the process and of course when you hold that masterpiece of art you just created. I am not one but many people who drive my processes. Well, technically I run it by myself but there are multiple silent moods and personalities inside that guide me, hence an introvert army.

I am an Indian from Gujarat and live with my husband in London,UK and he is always at the back end helping me with nitty gritty of a small business.

I started with creating Macramé products solely as a part of my Hope Shop, however I try to let other forms of media take over. So, you will find a mix of macramé and more and a platform of unique choices for gifting or decor.
